Maestro builds customized panels from your SDK
Hello World proves the SDK renders in your app. The panels your viewers will actually use are built by Maestro against the SDK you have integrated.
How it works
- You describe the experience. Which panels, what data feeds them, what they should look like on each platform.
- Maestro builds them. Each panel is developed against the SDK version you integrated, so it renders in the space and with the focus model you already have working.
- Maestro enables them in the CMS. Once a panel is built, it is switched on for your site in the Admin. Your app picks it up on the next configuration fetch; no app release is needed.
- Each panel ships with integration instructions. Some panels need nothing from your app beyond what Hello World already does. Others need data or callbacks from your side, for example a panel that plays clips needs your player to honour a play request. Those requirements arrive with the panel.
What stays the same
The instantiate-once lifecycle, the panel host view, focus hand-off, and overlay handling from Hello World do not change when custom panels are enabled. A new panel appears as another tab in the same Maestro panel your app already hosts.
